Express Cheeseburger

CookingAddic This is the easiest cheeseburger that my son loves to make. This is the way we like to eat our burgers at home.  Thats a burger that is not so traditional.

Ingredients:                                                 

• 1 Fully cooked Angus beef patties (From Costco)
• 1 Torta Sandwich roll (From Costco)
• 1 cucumber
• 1/2 tomato
• 1/4 sweet vidalia onion
• 1 slice cheese
• Mayonnaise
• Optional Hot & Sweet mustard (From Trader Joe's)

Toast bread. Warm the meat patty in the microwave. Add cheese at the end. Slice all the rest of ingredients.

Assemble the burger.
