When pasta is just cooked, remove pot and transfer on a baking tray or cookie sheet add vegan cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes in oven until cheese melt. Then adjust seasoning as needed.

Season With Salt And Pepper.


Add the onions and sauté on low for 4 to 5 minutes. Add vegetable broth to pot and stir. Now, pour the chili mac into a casserole dish.
